All-Star Wrap

Thursday's AT&T MLS All-Star Game ended in a tight 2-1 loss to Arsenal thanks to a late doorstep strike by Gunners sub Chuba Akpom. While the home team felt a bit hard done by the defeat, Armchair Analyst Matt Doyle offered up a few of his own thoughts about the contest.

Drogba Scores Again

Arsene Wenger would probably prefer if Montreal Impact forward Didier Drogba stayed far, far away from his team. The legendary striker scored yet another goal against the Gunners, but he was unhappy about the final result. Meanwhile, All-Star head coach Dominic Kinnear was unhappy in his own right about the penalty awarded to Arsenal.

MLS LIVE Half Off

Thankful for the eight days of rest granted by the All-Star week, Supporters' Shield leaders FC Dallas are amped to get back to work when the Vancouver Whitecaps come calling on Sunday (6 pm ET on TSN, MLS LIVE in USA).

Traveling Light

Real Salt Lake top gun Yura Movsisyan has been ruled out for Sunday's match in Philadelphia (7 pm ET on MLS LIVE).

New Blood Infusion

With a visit from the Montreal Impact on tap for Sunday (6:30 pm ET on MLS LIVE), D.C. United head coach Ben Olsen is expecting the team's new acquisitions to provide a major boost.

Giving You Wings?

The New York Red Bulls are reportedly on the verge of signing FC Midtjylland's Austria winger Daniel Royer. Before they get a chance to add anyone, though, the Red Bulls will face the Chicago Fire at Toyota Park on Sunday (7 pm ET on MLS LIVE).

Lion's Choice

Local blog The Mane Land has offered the opinion that the hiring of Jason Kreis gives Antonio Nocerino a new lease on life with Orlando City. The new Lions boss will oversee his first league contest on Sunday, when New England come to town (7:30 pm ET on MLS LIVE).

Coming To America?

Currently in the States for the International Champions Cup, Chelsea midfield ace Cesc Fabregas stated that he's interested in moving to MLS some day. Elsewhere, erstwhile Lazio striker Miroslav Klose has apparently narrowed the choices for his next landing spot to MLS and China.

In a halftime interview at the AT&T MLS All-Star Game, Major League Soccer commissioner Don Garber talked timelines for both expansion and video replay.

In an interview with The Sporting News, former US strike star Brian McBride declared that America has proven they are ready to host another World Cup.

John Anthony Brooks marshaled the defense as Hertha Berlin opened the third round of Europa league qualifying with a 1-0 home win over Brondby on Thursday night.

Second Measure of A Good Tipster – Betting Bank Growth

Yet as good as the above table is – it isn't always the most scientific way of comparing tipsters.

We also like to weigh up tipsters based on what we term 'Betting Bank Growth', which is effectively showcasing the tipster providing the biggest return, based on our sensible and realistic betting bank suggestions (something we explain in the 100-page 'Pro Gambler Blueprint we supply to all new SBC members for free).

We reveal the betting bank growth by comparing each tipster if following from a £2000 starting point, although in the example below we have also included a £1000 starting point to help underline the fact that you don't need a huge initial amount of money to profit here.

Once again, whichever way you look at this, each of the tipsters has made a tremendous profit and all to sensible betting banks and amounts.

For example, Tipster D has made as much as £11,564 to just a £1,000 starting point - multiplying its starting bank many times over.

Tipster E and H have also made great strides from a £2000 bank, with as much as £13,720 and £12,917 profit generated respectively since they began.

A couple of the tipsters such as F and G are probably best suited to slightly larger betting banks (£3,000 upwards) as they do concentrate on quality not quantity of tips. Yet even they will have made upwards of £4,300 profit from just a £2000 starting point.

All told, to 8 X £1000 starting banks you would be sitting on as much as £41,668.20 if you followed all these racing tipsters – an average of £5,209 per tipster.

There is no betting at silly figures such as £200 per bet or higher, like some tipsters advocate you do. Instead, the approach is about making regular and consistent profits.
